Ticket guidelines

By purchasing a single ticket, you are participating in a group flight consisting of a total of four passengers. Alpine Flights sets fixed flight routes and dates for these flights. You will receive several suggested dates in good time; we will endeavor to accommodate individual scheduling requests, but cannot guarantee availability. Should you be unable to attend a suggested flight on a particular date, you are of course welcome to join one of the next available flights.

If you opt for a private flight, the entire helicopter will be exclusively yours for up to four people. The date, flight route, and individual requests will be planned flexibly and entirely according to your wishes. This way, you enjoy maximum flexibility and a personalized flight experience tailored to your preferences.

1. Flight operation and changes
   Alpine Flights reserves the right to change the planned flight route, landing sites, and flight times at any time and without prior notice, particularly for safety or operational reasons. Such changes do not entitle passengers to compensation or reimbursement.

2. Appear at the agreed time
   If a passenger fails to appear for the scheduled flight or arrives late, their right to travel on the flight is forfeited without compensation. The value of any flight ticket or voucher is also forfeited. A refund is excluded.

3. Flight cancellation by Alpine Flights
   Alpine Flights reserves the right to postpone or cancel flights at any time due to technical or meteorological reasons. In the event of cancellation for these reasons, the ticket or voucher value will not be forfeited. Instead, a replacement date will be arranged. No refunds will be issued.

4. Group flight (individual ticket) – prerequisite for operation
   A flight date for group tickets will only be confirmed if at least four helicopter seats are booked. The ticket holder acknowledges that a considerable waiting period may occur between the purchase of the flight ticket and the actual flight due to organizational or meteorological reasons.

5. Private flight (exclusive charter) – flexibility
   For private flights, the flight route, date, and individual requests are determined by arrangement. The maximum number of passengers is four.
